Summer Drinks

This weekend I caught up with a few friends. On Friday I went out for my friend Holly's leaving drinks, she's moving to Utah in a couple of weeks. I think Tuesday will be the last time I see her before she embarks on her USA adventure!


I wore a new white top from Topshop, it is cotton on the back and sheer/shiny material on the front, high neck, and looks great with a statement necklace. The necklace is also new and is from Miss Selfridge. I've been going for a very 'Zara' look lately - bold, crisp, and luxe. I wish I could buy the whole shop. 

Beautilicious Beyonce

I'm a little obsessed with the Daily Mail TV&Showbiz and Female sections at the moment, and today I came across this feature and thought how beautiful, young and stylish Beyonce looks. This outfit is so far removed from how she usually dresses, and you could argue it is a little too young for her age, but I love it! Beyonce is unarguably a pretty perfect specimen of a woman and mostly looks great in whatever she wears, (even some of the horrific outfits her mum styled Destiny's Child in back in the 00ties looked good on her) but this outfit brings out her natural beauty and youth in a very refreshing way! Simple but laid-back and on-trend.
